BONUS

Let's jump in!

1. Add your best social media posts

The easiest way to fill your queue with relevant posts is to re-add old posts you already sent out.

You don't need to vet the content β€” because you already posted it once! And you can choose the top performing posts based on Likes, clicks, shares, etc.

Here's how to re-add all your best historical posts:

  1. Go to History and double-click any of your profiles (in the sidebar)

  2. Click "Refresh posts" to make sure ALL your old posts get pulled in

    • Note: this may take a few minutes. Be patient!

  3. Sort by Likes (or shares, comments, clicks, etc.)

  4. Use the checkboxes to select the best posts

  5. Click the Bulk Action button and add the posts to your queue

2. Upload images from your computer

Got a folder with amazing images?

You can upload them to Post Planner all at once β€” and then create a unique post for each image.

Here's how:

  1. Open the post composer and choose Creating multiple posts at the top

  2. Choose the destination of the posts in Step 1

  3. Click "Upload images" in Step 2

  4. Select the images from your computer and click to upload

  5. Fine-tune your posts in Step 3

  6. Create your posts in Step 4

Here's what it looks like:

3. Upload articles from your blog (or any blog)

Got a blog you want to send traffic to?

If so, you can create a bunch of social posts with all your latest blog posts β€” in one go!

Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the post composer and choose Creating multiple posts at the top

  2. Choose the destination of the posts in Step 1

  3. Add your blog's RSS feed url in Step 2

  4. Remove any articles you don't want to share in Step 3 and then fine-tune your posts with captions and networks settings

  5. Create your posts in Step 4

Here's what it looks like (#4 from above):

4. Add content from your favorite FB page

Do you follow a Facebook page that shares amazing content?

Post Planner makes it easy for you to share the same content on your socials.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Facebook feed search and search for the page by name or url

  2. Click the page to see its content

  3. Filter the content by type (images, videos, gifs, texts or articles) and sort the content by metric (Likes, shares, stars (virality) or recency)

  4. Click the "Multi-post" button on any post to add its content to the composer

    • NOTE: you can current number of potential posts displayed on the "Create Post" button

  5. Click "Create Post" to finish creating your posts

BONUS: Add top quotes, post ideas, and more!

The process here is similar to #4 and #5 above.

You're just pulling content from different parts of Post Planner's Content tool.

Try adding these:

And of course, don't forget to take advantage of favoriting on any content you find.

Then you can go to your Favorites to add posts in bulk.
