Post Planner posts to 10 social networks. You can connect them in Settings > Social Networks:
Facebook: Pages
Instagram: business and creator accounts
Threads: any account
Google Business: business profiles
LinkedIn: personal profiles and pages (including showcase pages)
Pinterest: any account (Growth plan and up)
X (Twitter): any account (Growth plan and up)
TikTok: any account
YouTube: channels
Bluesky: any account

â Common questions
Can I post to Facebook Groups?
No. Facebook removed Group posting from its API in April 2024, so apps like Post Planner can't post to Groups. You can post to Facebook Pages.
Can I post to my personal Facebook profile?
No, and that includes profiles in professional mode. Facebook doesn't allow apps to post to personal profiles. You connect your personal profile only so Post Planner can reach the Pages you manage.
Do I need a Facebook Page to post to Instagram?
No. You can connect Instagram directly with your Instagram login. We recommend connecting through a Facebook Page, because it supports all of Post Planner's Instagram features, including tagging. See How do I connect my Instagram account?
Can I schedule Reels and Stories?
Yes, on Facebook and Instagram. Choose Reel or Story in Step 3 of the Composer, "Customize post by network".
Can I post YouTube Shorts?
Yes. Videos of 3 minutes or less in portrait (vertical) orientation are posted as YouTube Shorts. Landscape videos are uploaded as normal YouTube videos.
Why can't I post to X or Pinterest?
Posting to X and Pinterest needs the Growth plan or higher. On Free and Starter, Pinterest posts fail with "Publishing to Pinterest from Post Planner is restricted to Growth plan and above." You can upgrade in Settings > Subscription. To compare plans, see What are the differences between plans?
