Streams are collections of content feeds aggregated into a single stream.

You can add feeds from Facebook pages, subreddits, Bluesky accounts, and RSS blogs.

Or, you can search for and save Streams already created by other Post Planner users.

Then you can quickly filter through Streams to find the best posts to reshare or remix.

Imagine taking your industry’s top 5 Facebook pages, top 5 Bluesky accounts, top 5 subreddits, and top 5 blogs, and combining them into a single stream of content.

Now, imagine seeing all the best content (articles, images, videos, gifs, texts) from all 20 feeds in a single scroll.

You just imagined a content Stream. 😉

You can add these content sources to your Streams:

Every post gets a 1 to 5 star rating, which is Post Planner’s score for how likely it is to perform, so proven winners are easy to spot.

Think of a Stream like a Spotify playlist. You can save Streams other users have already built, or create your own from scratch.

The fastest way to start is to save a Stream another user already made. You can search from the thousands of Streams created by Post Planner users over the years.

Go to the "Content" tab, where you can access all your Streams and search for content.

Enter a topic, keyword, or industry in the search bar. To see only Streams, toggle the other sources off.

Click on any Stream to see its posts. If you like what you see, click the "Save" button to add it to your Streams.

You can find your saved Streams under the "Streams" dropdown in the "Content" tab. Open it anytime to see their latest content.

Want a Stream built exactly around your niche? Bundle your own feeds from scratch.

Go to "Sources" and filter by Facebook pages, subreddits, Bluesky, or RSS. Use the search bar to find a specific account or feed, or paste an RSS feed URL directly.

Click through to any feed to see its recent posts and decide whether it's worth adding.

Click "+ Save" on a feed, confirm with "Save 1 feed", then choose "New stream". (You can also add it to an existing Stream instead.)

Give your Stream a descriptive name (include keywords if you want others to find it in search), pick a color, and choose a featured image. Use one of the feeds' images, or upload your own.

Set the Stream to either:

Click "Create new stream" to finish.

Back in Sources, click the "+" on each feed you want, then click "Save feeds".

Choose "Existing stream", pick your Stream, and click "Save to stream". Your Stream now appears under the "Streams" dropdown.

Once a Stream is built, it becomes your source for endless post ideas.

Inside a Stream, filter by content type (images, videos, articles, texts) and time range.

Then sort by Stars (Post Planner's virality rating), Likes, Most Recent, or Shares.

You can also search within the Stream, or click a feed's avatar to see only its posts.

TIP: Not seeing enough posts? Extend the time range.

On any post, you can:

Use the checkboxes to select multiple posts, then add them to the Composer as separate posts with "Create posts", or combine them into one "Carousel post".

Once your posts are in the Composer, drop them into a Bucket so your Posting Plan publishes them automatically.
