🤖 Which networks support the AI content label?

Where the AI content switch adds a label, and where it doesn't

Written by Joshua Parkinson

The AI content switch tells a network your post was made with AI. Each network decides whether it shows an AI label, so the label only appears on the networks and post types listed below.

In this article, you'll learn:

🔘 How to LABEL a post as AI content

In the Composer, turn on the "AI content" switch under Post options in Step 2. In the bulk composer, tick "AI content" on each post.

If a network or post type doesn't support the label, your post still publishes normally, just without the label.

✅ Where the label SHOWS

  • Facebook — Reels and videos

  • Instagram — posts, carousels, Reels and Stories

  • YouTube — videos, shown as "Altered or synthetic content"

  • TikTok — videos, shown as "Creator labeled as AI-generated"

  • X — all posts (text, image and video), shown as "Made with AI"

  • Pinterest — image and video Pins, shown as "AI modified"

❌ Where the label DOESN'T show

  • Facebook photos — Meta doesn't allow apps like Post Planner to label photos

  • Facebook Stories (photo and video) — Facebook doesn't show the label on Stories

  • TikTok photo posts — TikTok doesn't show the label on photo posts

  • Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Google Business — these networks have no AI label option

We'll add support as soon as a network allows it.
