To ensure your image, video and gif posts publish successfully and look their best, follow the media guidelines below.

When uploading an image, video or gif to Post Planner, pay special attention to:

  • file type

  • file size (in data)

  • media size (in pixels and/or resolution)

  • media dimensions/ratio (height x width)

Keep in mind also that the content you have access to for posting depends on your subscription plan.

Here are the guidelines:

πŸ”” Reminder: Post Planner has a 200MB video upload limit.

Pro Tip: For larger videos, you'll need to use a tool like Handbrake or Video Smaller to get it under 200 MB before uploading. Use the "Web Optimized" and "iPod 5G" support options in Handbrake or "Use low compression level (best quality)" in Video Smaller. This maintains a viewable quality of the video but greatly reduces the size.
