If you're having trouble logging into Post Planner, you'll want to take these 3 steps.
- Go to Facebook > Settings > Business Integrations > Now find the Post Planner app and then remove (delete) the authorization.
- Delete cookies from postplanner.com in your browser. You don't need to delete all of your browsing history, just follow the steps here to delete cookies. Before you do, search specifically for "postplanner.com" delete only those (for any postplanner.com domain)
- Now restart your browser and visit https://love.postplanner.com. When the permission window opens, click OK on all of them. They're all required on our end. Please do not customize anything.
