Are having trouble connecting to or logging into Post Planner?

Let's start with your browser. Post Planner works best on Chrome and Firefox, so make sure you're logging in via one of those browsers.

It also works best using a Desktop / Laptop and not on any mobile device (iOS/ Android). We current have certain limitations on both platforms. 

If your problem persists, clear your browser's cache and cookies from the beginning of the time. 

And finally, another known issue is certain browser add ons or plugins. These can create a conflict. To identify where the issue exists,  disable your browser plugins or add ons and then try accessing the app. 

If you're able to access, you'll need to turn those plugins back on one by one to ensure you don't re-enable the plugin creating the issue.
