      ✨ How do I sort and filter content?

      How to sort and filter content by time period, engagement and content type


      Whenever you're viewing content from a feed or stream in Post Planner, you have the option to filter and sort the content.

      Here's what the controls look like:

      You can filter by these time periods:

      • Content type

        • Videos

        • Images
        • Articles
        • Texts

      • Time period

        • Last 48 hrs

        • Last 7 days
        • Last 30 days
        • Last 12 months
        • Last 5 years

      You can sort the filtered content by these metrics:

      • Engagement

        • Stars (5-star ratings by Post Planner's engagement algorithm)

        • Likes

        • Shares

      • Chronological

        • Most recent (date of post)

      Choose any combination you want to get different content to rise to the top!

      Remember: the content you have access depends on your subscription plan.
