How to downgrade your plan and what features you lose
Looking to downgrade your Post Planner subscription to a lower plan?

This article shows you what you will lose when you downgrade, so you can be informed before making a downgrade.
Here's a breakdown of the features you will lose, plan by plan:
Downgrading to Starter — from Growth
Some customers assume a downgrade to Starter will only decrease the number of social profiles you can post to.
In fact, you lose A LOT more than just social profiles. 😟
Your limits are decreased:

📉 Social profiles limit — decreases from 10 to 3

📉 Scheduled posts limit — decreases from 1000 to 150
-
📉 Posts per profile per day limit — decreases from 18 to 12
- 📉 Number of total users — decreases from 2 users to 1 user

📉 Data limit for uploaded media in Library — decreases from 100mb to 10mb

📉 Post drafts limit — decreases from unlimited to 1
-
📉 Saved texts limit — decreases from unlimited to 1
You lose access to these features:

🚫 No tagging of accounts/pages in your post captions

🚫 No shuffling posts to randomize order
-
🚫 No Instagram first comment
You lose access to a significant amount of content:

❌ All content older than 7 days

❌ All images from feeds/streams
-
❌ All on-demand content, which includes: articles, videos, stock images, giphy, quotes, post ideas, contests
Downgrading to Starter — from Business
For this downgrade, your limits are decreased even more — and you lose more features and content.
Limits decreased:

📉 Social profiles limit — decreases from 25 to 3

📉 Scheduled posts limit — decreases from 5000 to 150

📉 Posts per profile per day limit — decreases from 24 to 12

📉 Data limit for uploaded media in Library — decreases from 1gb (gigabytes) to 10mb (megabytes)

📉 Number of total users — decreases from 5 users to 1 user

📉 Post drafts limit — decreases from unlimited to 1

📉 Saved texts limit — decreases from unlimited to 1
You lose access to these features:

🚫 No tagging of other accounts/pages in your post captions

🚫 No shuffling posts to randomize order

🚫 No Instagram first comment
You lose access to the following content:

❌ All content older than 7 days

Downgrading to Growth — from Business
Limits decreased:

📉 Data limit for uploaded media in Library — decrease from 1gb (gigabytes) to 100mb (megabytes)

📉 Number of total users — decreases from 5 users to 2 users
You lose access to a lot of content:

❌ All content older than 30 days

❌ All videos and gifs from feeds/streams
Downgrades from Enterprise Plans
For downgrades from the Agency or Enterprise plans, you lose the same features you lose when downgrading from Business — plus more.
