The process you follow to update your password depends on whether you can login to the app right now.

How to update your password from outside the app

1. Go to the Login page

You can access the login anytime here:

https://app.postplanner.com/login

2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link:

3. Enter your email and click "REQUEST NEW PASSWORD"

4. Login with password you receive via email

A new password will be sent to you. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your normal inbox.

5. Go to your settings and update your password

Go to Settings > Account in the app.

Then add a new secure password that only you know.

You can update your email and the rest of your account settings on that same page.

How to update your password from inside the app

If you can already login to the app and simply want to update your current password, simply follow Step 5 above.
