In this article I will show you how to manage the posting days, time, and content mix according to your preference for a specific profile once a custom plan has been created.

Days

In this example, there are two day groups (WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS) with different posting time slots.

If, for example, you want to edit this custom plan to remove one of the day groups and make the posting time slots uniform for all the days of the week, all you have to do are:

a. Delete the day group by clicking on the “X” button next to the day group's name.

Note that a dialog box will appear to confirm the deletion. Click on OK.

b. Activate SAT and SUN under the WEEKDAYS day group.

Note that green boxes are activated while greyed out boxes are deactivated buttons.

You’ll notice that once all boxes are activated, the day group’s name will automatically change to EVERY DAY.

Time

You can also add, delete or edit a time slot.

⏰ Adding New Time

Click on the ADD NEW TIME button to add a new posting time slot. A clock will

appear.

Click on your preferred hour and minute, select AM or PM then click on OK to

add a new posting time.

Deleting or Editing Time

Hover your mouse pointer over to the left-hand side of a time slot.

Click the "X" button to delete or the pencil icon ✏️ to edit a posting time slot.

Content Mix

Once you have finalized the posting time slots, it is time to mix and match the contents allowed to post for each time slot.

Note that you can select multiple contents at any given time.

To edit the content mix, simply click on the icon of your preferred content for that time slot.

Again, green icons mean enabled while greyed out icons means disabled.

Once that’s done, sit back, relax and let Post Planner take over! 🥳
