Are some of your profiles, pages or groups not showing up?
You may need to refresh the connection of your social accounts to Post Planner.
To refresh your social profile connections, go to Settings > Social Networks.
Then follow the instructions below.
How to refresh your social profiles on each network
This is what we call a "soft refresh" of your social profiles.
It should be your "first resort" when trying to fix errors, failed posts or missing profiles.
Here's what the refresh buttons for refreshing each network look like:

Facebook refresh
Click the green refresh button on the Facebook row
You must be logged in to Facebook
If you are not logged in, you will be asked to login
This will refresh your FB permissions and pull in all the pages and groups your connected profile is an admin of
Instagram refresh
Click the green refresh button on the Instagram row
You must be logged in to the Facebook account that manages the pages linked to your Instagram business accounts
This will refresh your currently connected Instagram business accounts and pull in any additional Instagram business accounts you have linked to the FB pages managed by the currently logged in FB account
Linkedin refresh
Click the green refresh button on the LinkedIn row
Enter your login details in the popup
This will refresh your LinkedIn permissions and pull in all the pages your connected profile is an admin of
Pinterest refresh
Click the green refresh button on the Pinterest row
Enter your login details in the popup
This will refresh your Pinterest permissions
Twitter refresh
Click the green refresh button on the Twitter row
Enter your login details in the popup
This will refresh your Twitter permissions
You're all set!
Please try again the Post Planner functionality you were having problems with before.
If the problems persist, you may need to do a hard reset of your social connections.
