Post Planner uses Facebook login which is always associated with your personal Facebook Profile or your Business Manager.
To change your email address within the app, you'll need to add the new email address in your Facebook account as a primary or secondary email.
You can do that by logging into your Facebook account and navigating to Settings > General. Once you've updated the email in your Facebook account, you must reset your app.
Follow these steps:
- Login into your Facebook account.
- Navigate to Settings > Apps:
- Search for Post Planner:
- Click "X" to remove the app:
- Once you've Post Planner logout of your Facebook account
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies from the beginning of time.

Restart your browser and open Facebook.
Create a new tab on the same browser and open Post Planner.
Click on "Login with Facebook".
Click "Accept" or "OK" on all the permissions. They're all required on our end.
Once you're logged into Post Planner, navigate to Settings > Social Networks and click on the "Refresh" button.
Navigate to Settings > Profile and confirm if the correct new email has been updated.
