For your convenience and to avoid any interruption in service, your billing is managed automatically by our systems according to the billing term you chose at sign up. 

We bill you with your explicit permission which you granted us at the time you signed up for Post Planner.

Monthly Subscriptions

Are automatically renewed each month on or about the same day of the month that you signed up. For example if you signed up on July 31, your monthly renewal will be processed on or about the 28-31st of each month thereafter.

Annual Subscriptions

Are automatically renewed each year. Depending on your plan, your renewal period begins approximately 7 days prior to your term expiry date. For example, if you signed up on January 15, 2020, your annual plan will enter it's renewal period on or about January 8, 2021. You'll be charged for the next term January 16, 2021 to January 15, 2022 at that time.

Refund Policy

We value your complete satisfaction above everything else. If you're not happy for any reason, let us know within the first 30 days of your subscription and we'll issue you a full refund.

We are unable to process refunds beyond this 30 day period and we don't issue refunds for renewals on your subscription. We'll be glad to issue a one-time credit to your Post Planner account for any unused periods of your subscription so you may make the most of your investment with us.
